All of Moonseed Ragdoll communications are done through 100% email in order to keep documented records and proper organization. 

 

We are unable to accommodate phone call requests, video messaging, or messaging on any other platform, except for our primary email address. 

 

This has been our strict and successful policy for the last couple of years. 

 

We apologize, but we do not make exceptions to this rule, as we wish to keep our home life as peaceful and private as possible.

 

We strive to respond to all email inquiries, but due to the high volume in our inbox, we may intentionally skip those that ask questions for which the answers are clearly stated on our website. 

 

We wish to work with informed individuals who conduct their own research, which is what our website was designed to provide.
